After a whirlwind curling weekend the girls discuss everything Scotties! How their picks did, the overall impression of the new Scotties format, surprises and disappointments and the crowning of Team Manitoba as the Scotties Champions. The girls also discuss Team "Wildcard" not having a coach, Leslie Wilson's article about her mental health struggles, different sweeping styles and the "white toast theory". Lots of men's provincial results happened over the weekend - Ontario, BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Newfoundland so the girls discuss those results as well. Also starting to hear rumours about the teams who are shaking things up for the next Olympic cycle.

One of the girls is away this week drinking rum on the beach so Gerry Geurts sits in for this episode. We talk about all the Scotties provincial results from the past weekend. Team Jennifer Jones adds another provincial title to her collection and we discuss Kaitlyn's replacement for the Scotties. Team Fleury wins the title in Northern Ontario and a surprise junior team, Team Gagne wins the province of Quebec. In Alberta, Team Scheidigger steals the win over defending champion Shannon Kleinbrink. Mary Anne Arsenault returns to the Scotties with her team from Nova Scotia and Hollie Duncan surprises the field in Ontario by claiming her first provincial title. We discuss the CTRS "wildcard" entry and the new Scotties format. Afterwards, Gerry gives a recap on the successfully run Continental Cup in his hometown of London, Ontario. Enjoy!
