They discuss some of the controversial decisions: not to show the RRTR in its entirety, the pool format which created a log jam of tiebreakers and how that was handled, and not allowing the teams to wear their own uniforms. The girls revisit their picks and discuss the surprises and disappointments of the week. They celebrate the successes of Team McCarville, Team Morris, Team Tippen and Team Bottcher as they win their way to the Olympic Trials. There is a new segment being introduced called "Ask the Girls" where they discuss the importance of the draw and getting off to a good start.
