In the 2nd Episode, Season 5 Lori and Mary get caught up with Lori's weekend sparing in Edmonton at the Booster Juice Shoot Out at the Saville Centre and results from the star studded field at the Shorty's.  The girls finally have a chance to discuss the birthright rule, a recent rule change which allows curlers to represent the province they were born in.  This includes who it may benefit, flaws and the overall timing of the announcement.  George Karrys joins the podcast again to reveal which male curlers will be included in the upcoming Men Of Curling Calendar!  Lori and Mary play a game to try and guess the lineup!  Inspired by Glenn Howard's recent "Curlers Confession", Lori adds one of her own.  Thank you to CurlingZone and JetIce for sponsoring this episode.  Thank you all for listening and please enjoy!

How is it curling season already?  This is the first episode of the 5th season!  Lori and Mary break down their summers with a classic 60 second recap challenge.  The girls travel to Oakville Curling Club and chat with Gerry Guerts about what took place at the World Curling Congress in Mexico, the success of the international teams early in the season, the new points system and if there should be a restriction on the amount of international teams participating in Canadian events.  Then the girls discuss their experience in Oakville and interview the legend himself, Glenn Howard!  The girls were curious about Glenn's take on curling possibly going to 8 ends, how he has been able to have such longevity in curling and what happened with coaching Team Muirhead.  The girls unveil a new segment this season called "Curlers Confessions" and you won't want to miss Glenn's confession!  Thank you to CurlingZone and JetIce for sponsoring this episode!  Please enjoy!
